Pitch Pricing Options:

1. Flat Rate for the Entire Period 01.10.2026 – 01.04.2027:

• Price: €2,100 (VAT included) + tourist tax
• Electricity Consumption: €0.28 per kWh (charged additionally based on actual consumption)

2. Winter Monthly Rate:

• Price: €16 per day
• Available: 20.09.2026 – 30.04.2027
• Minimum Stay: 21 days
• Electricity Consumption: €0.28 per kWh (charged additionally based on actual consumption)

Included in the Pitch Rental:

• Up to 4 persons per pitch
• Water
• Wi-Fi
• Access to sanitary facilities (showers and toilets)
• Use of communal barbecue
• Waste disposal
• 24/7 security

Additional Services:

• Laundry: €6 per load
• Private Bathroom: €12 per day
• Pet Fee: €130 for the entire 6-month period or €45 per month, per pet
• Winter Activities (optional): Polidor New Year's Eve celebration, wellness, bike rental

Please Note: Electricity consumption will be metered and charged based on actual usage at a rate of €0.28 per kWh.
