Pitch Pricing Options:

1. Flat Rate for Entire Period 01.10.2024 - 01.04.2025:

   • Price: €1,500 (VAT included) + tourist tax
   • Electricity Consumption: €0.26 per kWh (charged additionally based on usage)

2. Monthly Rate:

   • Price per 30 Days: €350
   • Minimum Stay: 30 days
   • Electricity Consumption: €0.26 per kWh (charged additionally based on usage)

Included in Pitch Rental:

• Up to 4 persons per pitch
• Water
• Wi-Fi
• Access to sanitary facilities (showers, toilets)
• Use of communal barbeque
• Waste disposal
• 24/7 security

Additional Services:

• Laundry: €6 per load
• Private Bathroom: €12 per day
• Pet Fee:  €130 per entire period (6 months) or  €35 per month per pet
• Winter Activities (optional):Polidor New Year Eve, Wellness, rent a bike

Please Note: Electricity will be metered and charged based on actual consumption at a rate of €0.26 per kWh.
