These cancelation policies are applied only to fixed accommodation units, included are only Mobile homes, Glamping tents, and rooms.

EARLY BOOKING OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- for cancellations 365 -1 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total price
- 100% of the total price will be charged for non-arrival
- a valid credit card or 30% payment is required to confirm the reservation

INDIVIDUAL (STANDARD) PRICE LIST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- for cancellations up to 10 days before arrival no fee is charged
- for cancellations 10 - 1 day before arrival we charge 30% of the total price
- 100% of the total price will be charged for non-arrival
- a valid credit card or 30% payment up to 10 days before arrival is required to confirm the reservation.

Camping pitches are excluded from the above-mentioned policies.

CONDITIONS AND RULES OF CANCELLATION OF THE CAMPING PITCH
- no fee is charged for cancellations of pitch reservations
- the reservation fee of EUR 25.00 is retained
