As part of Corn Week, we invite you to join us for a special evening dedicated to Istrian tradition, rural heritage and authentic local flavours.
Our journey begins in the charming village of Nova Vas with a visit to Traktor Story, a fascinating collection of vintage tractors, agricultural machinery and traditional tools once used in everyday farming across Istria. During the guided visit, you will discover how generations of local farmers worked the land, learn more about their way of life and hear the stories behind the machines and objects on display.
After the tour, we will continue to DeValentinis Winery for a tasting of selected Istrian wines and olive oils. The tasting will be accompanied by local cured meats and traditional Istrian delicacies, offering a genuine introduction to the flavours of the region.
This experience is more than a simple excursion. It is an opportunity to discover Istria through its land, traditions, people and gastronomy.
